Day Eleven PRPV

Breakfast: Mango, Smoothie
Snack: Kale Chips (my own dehydrated)
Lunch: Salad, Avocado, Raw Ricotta
Snack: Raw Brownie, Red Pear
Supper: Chicken Fajitas
Snack: Granola, Raw Brownie, small smoothie

Water: 56 oz

Detox Symptoms: Felt very tired most of the day.

Obstacles: Craving sugar.

Joys: Friend made homemade granola and I love it.
