Yesterday (Day 21) came together pretty good for me. I worked with my dad on a house painting job, so I burned some major calories in the hot sun and ate me some watermelon!
Snack: Cashews, Watermelon
Lunch: Chef Salad at Casmo's (no cheese, no ham)
Supper: Chicken Soft Tacos/Salad
Snack: Raw Brownie
Water: A Gallon at least
